Great success for Austria's best table tennis doubles Robert Gardos / Daniel Habesohn.

They achieved the semifinals at the Pro Tour Finals in London by a sovereign unexpected 4-0 over the Taiwanese Chuang Chi Yuan / Wu Chih Chi.

Only then Gardos / Habesohn have been defeated with 0:4 by the Chinese star-duo Ma Lin (Olympic Champion) and Zhang Jike (reigning singles champion), while Austria's double starred in the first three records at eye level.

The end of the traditional season tournament was dominated once again by China's players.
