Kids from around the world at the WSA

18.02.2013

The Werner Schlager Academy in Schwechat once again will be the center of the (table tennis) world.

This time the kids are in focus.

10 - 16 June in cooperation with the table tennis world federation ITTF and WSA-premium partner Butterfly the "World Hopes Week" will be organized.

Guests from all over the world are expected at the WSA, the age groups 2001 and 2002 are invited. The world's best kids in this age groups will turn - accompanied by their coaches (and relatives) - Schwechat for about a week into a madhouse.

The Werner Schlager Academy is led this week to the limits of its capacity. Several training sessions will be held at 35 tables between 9 and 21 o’clock.

The camp is organized, coordinated and supervised by the WSA. The main partners are in addition to the World Federation and the Austrian Association ÖTTV, Butterfly and the "Education & Training Department" of the ITTF.

At the end of the week, a tournament is held and then at the latest the table tennis community knows who will be the stars of tomorrow - or of the next generation.
