Great success for two players from the international practice group of the Werner Schlager Academy.

At the Olympic qualifier in Doha, the world watched as Matiss Burgis (Latvia) and Mihai Bobocica (Italy) guaranteed their tickets for the Games in London in July.

For both Bobocica and Burgis it is a great career dream come true.

From the national and international training group at the WSA, the following players have qualified for London:

Werner Schlager, Chen Weixing, Robert Gardos (all Austria), Joao Monteiro (Portugal), William Henzell (Australia), Mihai Bobocica (Italy), Matiss Burgis (Latvia), Li Qiangbing (Austria / STRÖCK SVS), Daniela Dodean (Romania / SVS STRÖCK).

Also, others who trained at the WSA, directed by the Academy's coaching staff, have also made it to London. Among them: the Iranian Noshad Alamiyan.
