Men:

SVS Lower Austria

 

 

 

Werner Schlager and his team (Chen Weixing, Ryu Seung Min, Daniel Habesohn) won the European Champions League in 2007 and 2008. Additionally, the SVS Lower Austria reached the finals of the Champions League four times and has dominated further leagues and the Austrian championships ever since.

 

Women:

SVS Ströck

 

 

 

The SVS Ströck was founded due to an innitiative of the Werner Schlager Academy. The aim was to build up an international female top team which could reach Europe’s top class in table tennis. Some of the promising young girls are Melanie Luginger, Nicole Galitschitsch and Jessica Zlatilova who are part of the WSA.

 

The professional team (Champions League, ETTU-Cup of Champions, Super League, Austrian Championships) which consists of Li Qiangbing (9. Olympics 2008), Daniela Dodean (European Champion 2009,..), Fan Ying (member of the Chinese national team), Huang Yi Hua (number 1 Taiwan), Valentina Popova and Judit Herczig competes in contests in 2011/2012. Moreover, the young Jessica Zlatiliva forms part of the squad.

CL semi-final SVS STRÖCK – Linz AG Froschberg


SVS STRÖCK competes with the Chinese Super Star Fan Ying, with Romanian Miss Table Tennis Daniela Dodean and Austria's single and mixed doubles state champion Li Qiangbing, Linz AG Froschberg with the former European singles champion Liu Jia, with the Czech number one player Iveta Vacenovska and Romanian team player Camelia Postoaca.
